1) Delivery: All deliveries over $150. Consumers may use Uber Courier if their order is less than $100. There may be an additional charge for orders outside of a 5 mile radius from 999 Atlantic Avenue. 2) Deposit: The 50% deposit is due at the time of placing the order. One week prior to the event, the remainder of the payment is due. 3) Refunds: The order is non-refundable two weeks before delivery. 4) Delivery time: Prior to order confirmation, the date and time should be agreed upon by all parties. 5) In addition, all orders not picked up by the pickup time and date will be cancelled without a refund. After an hour of waiting, the pick-up window closes and the order is cancelled. 6) The cake cannot be altered within two weeks of the event in terms of design, shape, color, or flavor.
